The manager of this restaurant, Dominique, is extremely rude and dismissive and will tell you why….
My wife and I are Muslim and we were looking for a place to have iftar after long day of work. My wife was not fasting because she is 30 weeks pregnant. We entered this restaurant ant 1850 and the manager, Dominique approached us and said do you have a booking…I said no…he then said you have to wait 20-30mins. I thought let’s check online and see if we can book and there was a slot open at 1900. So I quickly booked and showed Dominique we had a booking. As soon as I said I got a booking he quickly dismissed us and said ‘the booking system doesn’t mean anything because the restaurant is full, when I full well know and can see seats available.
We were taken back and replied saying you are coming across very rude. He didn’t seem to care and carried on with his business. A customer comes through the door, Dominique says to the customer do you have a booking and she says ‘YES!’ Dominique then gets his IPAD and clicks on the customers name which was below my name on the list.
At that point my wife and I knew something was right and we made it clear to him what he was doing was wrong and disgusting behaviour and would like a seat now please.
In total, my wife and I waited 30mins, even when we booked ahead of others. I felt like he tried to make a point or tried to ridicule us because we were not his ideal customers.
We were finally seated and given food which wasn’t hot off the stove at all and cold in some ways. I called another colleague for the bill and made it clear that their manager was out of order and has the worst customer service I have ever seen in a restaurant. The colleague went to remove the service charge but was stopped by his manager Dominique and were having discussions in the background. Dominique the approached and said you don’t have to pay anything you can leave…Again! He was dismissive!
My wife and I knew full well we couldn’t leave without paying. I then explained to his poor customer service and abrupt behaviour but he just kept talking over me and basically telling us to leave. I said to him you knew what you did was wrong and you are still not listening to me. And after my explanation he followed my request of getting the bill minus service charge.
My wife and I came out frustrated for the way he treated us and wouldn’t recommend going here at all. I would avoid the headache of facing the manager Dominique and you can get much better food elsewhere!

I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl but couldn't find any chicken in it and ended up eating chickpeas with rice. I was expecting something decent with this level of pricing. To make things worse, the order arrived after almost an hour when I was fasting. Please don't say anything about iftar on the menu when you cannot respect your customers especially when they are fasting. A below average pricy food. The only good thing about this place was the ambience. Otherwise I would not recommend to go there especially if you are fasting.

I had very poor seating service from Dominic at the counter and had to wait standing for over 30mins when I am almost 31 weeks pregnant and physically look very heavy. Am writing this review while seated at the restaurant unable to enjoy the food with new back pain which I never experienced before. Myself and my husband were initially told it will be around 20-30mins wait but we found a slot online within 10-12mins (19:00) which we quickly booked so we don’t have to wait for long. It appeared that Dominic deliberately made us wait for the full 30 mins without any consideration to my health and wellbeing as a customer and other customers with booking beyond 7pm were seated before us. Am extremely upset with the service we received.

Buddy, its the 3rd day of Ramadan and you've already ran out of ingredients for the FESTIVE menu? Get your house in order - items were smaller than tapas serving, two people subscribing to the festive menu somehow get less food than one person? Staff is all over the place and takes ages to even bring you water. There's a high chance if someones going for the festive menu they're probably fasting, maybe offer them some dates + water and keep an eye on that table? the brand is doing something right with their vibe, just need to refocus their service strategy a bit more.

Fasil was an amazing man ! We were greeted and seated instantly with a freindly smile and prompt service. I will recommend COMPTOIR LIBIANAIS to anyone Visiting London and this will be our go to restaurant whenever my wife and I are in the area. 5 stars

Just leaving the restaurant and I felt the need to write a couple of lines down. Be careful when visiting this place as high risk food is served way below the legal temperatures ⚠️⚠️⚠️‼️‼️‼️ as executive chef I know long ago the rules of this business. Unfortunately I visited this restaurant today after my medical appointment and I didn’t have any food during the day so just had for lunch whatever I found first and I hugely regret such poor decision. The waitress on my arrival it was very warm and welcoming, I placed my order as follow: hummus with flat bread, a mix grill and a pint of Camden lager for £47 in total. The hummus came 1 minute after which make sense and the mix grill just 3 or 4 minutes later, oh boy! Everything was around 30° tops, perfect temperature for growing bacteria! At the beginning I didn’t say anything but after paying the bill which I actually insisted on paying the service because that nice waitress, I just couldn’t buy tell her to be aware they were going to have real problems if an audit was done at that place. Right now arriving home and praying to don’t have diarrhoea later on to don’t ruin my dinner at soho house. Shame on the chef, doing nothing on a quiet afternoon and serving such embarrassing meal! Avoid it, don’t be lazy like me and go to borough, no one would ever dare to serve such meal there!

I came here with my work team for lunch during the week. Dominic and his team coordinated our visit for a large group and did it so effortlessly! We were all a bit stressed about a meeting we had later that afternoon, and this was our way of relaxing beforehand. We had a tight timescale for lunch before needing to leave for our meeting and so we pre-ordered our meals and it was all served and on the table within 10 minutes of us arriving. The food was SO yummy! I was so impressed! The staff were so helpful and attentive and even took the time to work out individual bills for each of us. Thank you so much - would highly recommend !!

I recently dined at Comptoir Libanais near London Bridge, and it was a delightful experience! The vibrant decor and warm ambiance instantly transported me to the heart of Lebanon. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the mezze platter, which offered a perfect mix of flavors. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable . It’s a great spot for casual dining with friends or family. I’ll definitely be returning to try more from their menu

I had my birthday lunch there with friends and food was excellent! All meals came warm, very tasty, and very quickly! The interior was also really nice, colorful and bright bringing warmth to the atmosphere.
Fasil was serving us that day and he was very friendly, he made sure we had a wonderful dining experience, making us feel truly valued as guests. I would definitely come back! Thank you! :)

The place was very cold. Staff said it was cold because they'd just opened and it takes a couple of hours to warm up. This suggests that it's always cold at lunchtimes.
